Abstract :
The increase in the amount of digital medical instruments has resulted in a tremendous increase of digital information in hospitals. In order to manage, search, display and integrate this information, we complete a “patient oriented” multimedia database. In this paper, the data model and querying methods to retrieve various types of data (sound, image, text, …) are described. A querying method composed by stored textual information of image or sound content is proposed
