  • Abstract
    Project risks result from the results of difference in the extraction and fact. The reasons are uncertain factors of its specialty and investment, and the information, quantity, resources, accurate of material are limited. Construction project is based on control risk in a great degree. In this paper, in order to control decision the risk, the technology of dynamic management is introduced. Firstly, the project risk is discussed by using the schedule method. And the risk factor of project process is analyzed. Secendly, the basic sets of risk, risk state and level of investment projects are learned.Finally, according to the result, the method and measures of risk controll are put forward.
