Abstract :
This paper aims to report systematically and consistently about theoretical solution of scattering problem for the random fractal anisotropic surface using Kirchhoff approach for the first time, to calculate scattering indicatrixes for radio microwaves, to analyze ensemble of indicatrixes obtained. In this case for the fractal approaches we are introducing term ´scattering by the stochastic surface´ that will be used in the future.
