Abstract :
Computer aided blend design is a complex and novel research field. In this paper, we define the concept, connotation, purpose, characteristics of computer aided blend design comprehensively, put forward a technologies framework about computer aided blend design, and deeply analyze the key technologies including correlation analysis, intelligent sensory evaluation and blend optimized design etc. In addition, the paper also points out two topics which should be focused on its research. In the end, we present the realistic target of computer aided blend design with objectivity.
