Abstract :
Phishing is a constantly changing network deception. It has been a huge threat to the e-commerce industry. Not only does it shatter the confidence of customers towards e-commerce, but also causes information service providers a bulk of economic loss. In this paper, we analyzed the phishing attack behaviors and eight anti-phishing solutions were presented by utilizing TRIZ. Our research also proved TRIZ could be used to address network security problems.
