Abstract :
We demonstrate successfully an all optical clock recovery scheme based on all-fibre devices from nonreturn-to-zero format data of 10 Gbit/s with a stabilised asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer and a mode-locked Er-doped fibre laser. This all-optical clock recovery method will find application in ultra high speed all-optical communication systems
