Abstract :
We report the development and practical realization of Ti:LiNbO 3 optical modulators, with bandwidths of 25/32 GHz (dB, electrical) and driving voltages of 2.5/3.3 V (DC) respectively at 1.552 μm. We measured the waveform (eye diagram) and confirmed the capabilities of these modulators at 40 Gb/s applications
