Abstract :
Monitoring system of coastal waters dumping waste area consists of site machine system, wireless transmission network and remote monitoring center system. Due to the remote coastal waters, there exist the cases of difficult construction of base station and hostile transmitting environments, it is necessary for messages to have to transmit in the greater distance beyond cellular coverage. In this thesis, VGA module is increased to strengthen designed RF terminal system, and related products are chosen according to the need of the system design, and the specific system parameters are defined. Finally, the results of simulation are provided by MATLAB/SIMULINK, achieving the purpose to improve communications quality effect.
