Abstract :
In the conceive of equipment administration of predictive maintenance, the open mechanical equipment condition monitor system based on the Internet and plant management was built. The system integrates the data management and the remote expert diagnosis, providing timely for the plant management section the equipments operation condition information, realizing the combination with plant management and condition monitoring through the equipment management information network and equipment fault diagnosis network. In this paper, the scheme and the thoughts of the system were introduced in details; its feasibility and efficiency of the proposed system have been demonstrated by its practical application in a certain power plant in Tianjin, China.
