  • Abstract
SmarT is one of the national electric vehicle developed by Sebelas Maret University with high potential to be succeed in market. This requires thorough analysis to determine important factors that critical to the completion of the project. This paper proposes a business feasibility and sensitivity analysis for simulating the business feasibility for the design and manufacture of SmarT. Uncertainty parameters such as demand and relevant cost are simulated using Macro Excel. The result shows that the proposed model can be applied to evaluate the investment feasibility into the four methods of feasibility analysis, namely NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio, and Payback Period.
