Abstract :
The piled wharf on slope may impacted by the deformation of soft soil foundation, the lateral displacement of pile cap would increasing because the deformation of soft foundation, which would threaten the safety of wharf structure. The creep is one of the important factors, so it is meaningful to research the creep characteristics of slope. In this paper, the deformation damage of piled wharf and the deform reasons have been researched, a creep experiment was carried out to get the soil foundation parameters, which were used to simulate the pile-soil interaction with finite element method (FEM) under the condition of slope creep. The results show that creep is the key factor of pile moving. The main creep deformation is in the silty layer. When the creep occurs the creep speed decreases gradually, but the creep deformation increases continuously.
