Abstract :
As the liver has high compensatory capabilities it is not always possible to detect abnormal changes at earlier stages of diseases by clinical and biochemical methods. The function of liver cells is closely connected with the blood circulation in the liver. Instrumental methods of the blood circulation investigation in the given case occurs more fine and help reveal the liver function disturbance at earlier stages of diseases. The given paper is devoted to the actual problem of medicine-development of the eddy current unit for the investigation of the liver filling with blood. Liver is the semi-conducting biological environment, which is characterized by such informative parameter as specific conductance. Hence one can judge on the level of the liver filling with blood by specific conductance. To increase the affect of the active resistance on the frequency increment is possible by means of introducing phase detuning of the resonance oscillating circuit. At present the experimental investigations are performed in order to select the optimal values of the measuring channel frequency, phase shift as well as the structural dimensions of the eddy current converter.
