Abstract :
In the given paper, the investigation results of the uniform oxide coating formation with the quasi-periodical pores arrangement onto aluminum and its alloys are considered. To design oxide coating, the power source was used to obtain bio-polar voltage pulses of squared shape. It also provided for continuous adjustment of the duration of every pulse, the frequency as well as the current amplitude and both pulses voltage. Thus, the possibility of designing oxide coating with the quasi-periodical arrangement of pores under conditions of spark discharge is considered. It was established that conditionally quasi-periodical arrangement of pores depends on the electrolyte compound and the conditions of the coating formation.
