Abstract :
The Information Entrepreneurship involves every field. It is a process of creating infromationization product, service and realizing its potencial value to make profits by informationization tools and methods focused on computer. Network played an very important role. The informationization undertaking not only includes on-line undertaking which focused on providing network service and many large enterprises´ second undertaking of electronic commerce, and also includes undertaking of each kind of electronics and information industry. These undertaking has not only formed a pretty secnery line--network economy, but also has promoted the development of electronic information industry and new industrialization.
