Abstract :
This paper describes a new method for the efficient salvaging of oil and bore residue. The method involves the neutralization of bore and fuel-oil residue (BFOR) using combustible water-fuel composition (CWFC) in thermodynamic nonequilibrium to catalytic active air plasma radiofrequency category. Results show that plasma neutralization of BFOR using this method effectively renders the neutralization of oil and bore residue with low specific power inputs innocuous under usual conditions.
