Abstract :
The charged particle in crossing the medium boundaries generates the transient radiation. At present the properties of the transient radiation of the single point charge are well studied. Investigating the properties of the transient radiation of the charged particles bunch is of interest from the point of view of the practical usage. The given paper considers the transient radiation occurring when the charged particles bunch crosses the boundaries of the mediums vacuum-ideal conductor
