Industrial parks and zones have become a new growth pole of economic development of Jiangxi Province. Further promoting specialized industrial parks and zones and improving their development environment can not only promote the overall uplifting of comprehensive strength and competitiveness of enterprises in these parks and zones, but also improve the quality and level of business and capital invitation of Jiangxi Province. The major problems in the development of industrial parks and zones in Jiangxi Province are as follows: industries are varied but not specialized; enterprises are numerous but not concentrated; and the government acts but does not achieve. Countermeasures for these issues can be: surrounding industries, improve infrastructural facilities to attract businesses; relying on resources, attract businesses with specialties; and keeping market in mind, invite businesses with projects. This is the necessary selection of new-type industrialization of Jiangxi Province.
