Abstract :
The study documents the assessment of a cement company´s supply chain management practices in the Philippines, its effectiveness to the company´s operations and the problems encountered by the management with respect to inbound logistics, manufacturing and production and outbound logistics. A design of an automated system is proposed to obviate the occurrence of problems.
