  • Abstract
    The distribution of microsatellite locus of Pinus koraiensis of Pinus koraiensis was analyzed using bioinformatics software according to published the universal chloroplast simple sequence repeat(cpSSR) primer for Pinus koraiensis. We designed six pair primers based on repeating unit of A or T from chloroplast genome, in which five primers locating in non-coding region and one in the gene coding region. Three primers had PCR products in P. koraiensis samples and two primers showed polymorphism. The two primers located in gene coding region and non-coding region. Each pair of primers which had PCR products could detect 1 to 3 alleles, averaging 2.
