Improving the Level of Information Resources, Promoting Economic Growth, Dealing with the Financial Crisis

The pressure of domestic inflation begins while international financial crisis impact on China has just been weakened, How China´s economy create its own characteristics? How do we change crisis into an opportunity to promote the economic stability and healthy development, it is a problem with a number of economists and government policy-makers. This paper first analyzes the level of information resources and economic growth are mutually reinforcing and mutually conditioned relations and through empirical analysis confirms this relationship, then raises relevant policy recommendations on this base.
