Abstract :
WRKY2 protein, consisted of 156 amino acids, was analyzed by bioinformatics tools. The results showed that WRKY2 belongs to the group II WRKY transcription factor, and it was a hydrophilic protein which contained 13 potential phosphorylation sites, One N-Glycosylation potential sites.
