After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Recently the morbidity and the mortality of malignant tumors have been increasing and demonstrated the serious threat to people´s health posed by malignant tumors. Tumor metastasis is the most important biological characteristics of malignant tumors, and it´s also the main reason that causes the treatment failure and death of the patients. The nm23 gene is recognized as one of the tumor metastatic suppressor genes. With the gradual deepening of researches, it has been demonstrated that the expression level and the genetic defect and mutation of the nm23 gene have a complicated relationship with the occurrence, progression, metastasis and prognosis of the tumors. This text mainly introduces the recent research progress about the relationship between the nm23 gene and the tumors.
