Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of on-the-job training of different companies by combining Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to the training performance indictors in Taiwan Training Quality System (TTQS), unifies into a set of assessment system to evaluate the training performance. The data used are collected from 210 companies provided by the database of Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training (BEVT) in Taiwan. Results from this study show that the key indicators can be effectively found by using the proposed approach. In addition, Slack Variable Analysis was made in order to find solutions to improve the efficiency of training resources, in order to suggest the ways to improve the training performance.
