Abstract :
We conduct active research on the creation of a so-called "Electronic nose". The principle of an operation of the gas sensor is based on the ability of SnO2 films to change conductivity in the presence of oxidizing and restoring gases. With the purpose of researching the opportunity of increasing the films\´ stability and increasing their selective sensitivity to different gases, the influence of doping of the films by various additives was investigated
