Abstract :
Software companies are knowledge-intensive enterprises, and main development personnel are all knowledge workers. Knowledge management can facilitate software companies develop into knowledge-based enterprises eventually. This article has conducted positivist analysis on knowledge management of software enterprises with Lenovo Group as example, and explored the success and failure of knowledge management of Lenovo Group in terms of the relationship between corporate culture integration/alignment, knowledge management integration/alignment and business integration/alignment, knowledge management and core competitiveness etc. This Article holds that whether Lenovo Group can absorb advanced experience of IBM knowledge management and merge IBM business and culture is the decisive factor.
