Abstract
This paper presents a sequential Monte Carlo simulation approach for interruptible load benefit analysis. A bisection search technique is utilized to effectively determine the interruptible load carrying capability (ILCC) of a power system. Numerical studies are described to illustrate possible applications of the proposed techniques.
