Abstract :
We propose a novel soliton storage ring scheme using rational-harmonic phase modulation. Unlike conventional soliton storage buffers, which require the modulation frequency equal to the stored data rate, in this scheme, we set the modulation signal repetition rate, and the modulation pulse width equal to the stored data period
