Abstract :
The solution to the problem of compression of a digital signal has become urgent. However, essential compression of a signal without loss of image quality cannot be achieved. As a part of the task of defining of coding and decoding methods of digital TV signal, which provided greater compression rate without image quality loss, seen by the recipient, part of the solution is a definition of color coordinates system, which provide high compression rate at the maximal quality of the image
