A teat-bed for the performance evaluation of water evaporative cooling is created to study the water evaporative cooling performance of GLASdek pads. The result shows that cooling efficiency almost keeps constant with input dry-bulb temperature (tI), input air relative humidity (φI) and input wet-bulb temperature (ts) varies. With the decrease of air face velocity (v), the dry-bulb temperature difference of input air and output mr(Δt) increase and cooling efficiency increase. With the decrease of input wet -bulb temperature (ts), dry-bulb temperature difference of input air and output air(Δt) increase. With the decrease of input air relative humidity (φI), the dry bulb temperature difference of input air and output air(Δt) increase. With the increase of input dry-bulb temperature (tI), the dry-bulb temperature difference of input air and output air(Δt) increase.
