Abstract
Gas-sensing components have been manufactured with prepared SnO2 nanoparticles and SnO2 nanobelts. Their performance indicates that the SnO2 nanoparticles and the SnO2 nanobelts have similar relations between sensitivity and working temperature, but SnO2 nanobelts have lower max sensitive temperature to LPG than SnO2 nanoparticles, and SnO2 nanobelts have better response-recovery characteristic and long-term stability than SnO2 nanoparticles.
