Abstract :
The paper introduces a kind of special emulsification device to apply in the coal mine. This special emulsifying device uses damping board to make water and emulsible oil turbulence increasing and vortex of different size when they flow through this device. With strong pulsation of the vortex, emulsible oil and water are diffused, mixed and transfered to all directions thus they are mixed adequately. Meanwhile, combining computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT with two phase flow theory, the special emulsifying device´s internal flow field is simulated; based on the calculation model of three-dimensional special emulsifying device, the pressure, velocity field and emulsified space distribution of the device´s internal in export are simulated. Simulation results show that the device can completely make water and emulsible oil emulsifying fully and make the emulsion is uniform and stable. All these greatly improve the quality of the emulsion preparation.
