Abstract
The output signal of charge coupled device (CCD) includes many kinds of noises. So in CCD signal acquisition system, it is a key technique that the CCD signal noises must be eliminated or weakened. The paper analyzes the generated mechanism of CCD signal noises, and designs signal processing circuits based on correlated double sampling (CDS) technique improving the signal-to noise ratio.
