User Assessment of E-negotiation Systems

A study of over 2000 students and professionals who used the inspire e-negotiation system led Vetschera, Kersten and Koeszegi to the formulation of an assessment model for Internet-based systems (AMIS). The model was used to determine factors leading to a high user acceptance of the technology exemplified by inspire. This paper presents a follow up study that uses structured equation modeling to verify AMIS and its empirical results. The focus is on the examination of the users´ assessment of the system and their intention to use it, while taking info consideration its key features.
