Abstract :
This is the first study for inside vehicle wireless communication system design with UWB technology under WiMedia standard. At first, MATLAB simulator has been developed then calculated BER in AWGR channel model. And it is confirmed adequacy of channel model compared with IEEE simulation model. And wireless transmission characteristics are measured with the following? conditions such as receiver on top of dashboard and transmitter on rear sheet, center of trunk etc. Then test result of BER and PER are compared with simulation model above those conditions. In case of wireless communication system design under IEEE802.15.3a and or WiMedia model with target 8% PER condition, inside vehicle wireless communication is capable for 3dB link margin for wireless communication with tweaking antenna gain and receiving NF for inside Vehicle communication system.
