Abstract :
First, this paper discusses the definition of strategic flexibility of corporation (SFC), analyzes its intrinsic structure, and uses fitness landscape to analyze interactions of SFC and relationships between elements and whole of SFC in detail. Then, according to the theory of complex adaptive system, this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of SFC. And it indicates that the evolution dynamic of SFC rooted from the interaction between the legitimate system and shadow system. Control parameters (information flow speed, memberspsila diversity, members contact, power diversity and anxiety repression) are the conditions of evolution. At last, this paper constructs an evolution mechanism model of strategic flexibility.
