Abstract :
The essay talks about using the fuzzy model recognition and strokes matched ways in splicing in regular fragment papers which is made by shredder, and checking its correctness by strokes matched ways. Realize this splicing work by using MATLAB. The results show that the scraps of paper in the case of only crosscutting (longitudinal cut), may recover fully stitching and intelligent high; In the case of both cross cut and longitudinal cut can realize most of the recovery with high intelligence. Provide strong support for the important documents after damage repair.
