Abstract
In this work we report the results of research of slow relaxation polarization and electret effect in silicon compound in the temperature region of 20…200°C with the help of thermally stimulated discharge current method (TSDC). The structure element of polymers responsible for there relaxation processes and relaxators are calculated and the results are being discussed in the frame of the phenomenological electret theory
