Abstract
High velocity pseudo surface acoustic waves (HVPSAWs) are currently widely investigated in SAW literature as promising for high frequency SAW devices. A complete characterization of such complex modes is proposed that can be used in the theory of the key structures of microwave acoustics: IDTs, MSCs, and groove grating reflectors of HVPSAW. Numerical examples are presented
