Title :
Waveguide-resonance method of dielectrometry
Author_Institution :
Dept. of Phys., Moscow State Univ., Russia
Abstract :
Problem of rectangular waveguide H10 wave resonance diffraction on the dielectric specimen of the parallelepiped shape is solved. The dielectric specimen fills the waveguide completely along its narrow walls. A mathematical model is constructed for the waveguide measurement of the specimen complex permittivity
