The network structure of a special distributed automated command and management system (ACMS) is discussed from the viewpoint of system overall design, a system structure design thinking which combines the centralized command fashion with the distributed resources arrangement is provided, and some technical problems such as the network topology, the reference model, the function coordination and the resources arrangement are analysed
