  • Abstract
The traditional virtual disassembly technology is difficult to fully complete virtual disassembly. This paper proposes the method, which is based on the geometrical and physical constraints. It introduces a common combination of physical constraints, dismantling the structure of a tree, and proposes a solution method based on the geometrical and physical constraints, finally it simulates and verifies the method. This method makes full use of the geometric constraints and physical constraints of the parts to be disassembled solve; constantly the corresponding degrees of movement freedom and movement vice, obtains the transformation matrix of disassembly through the freedom, achieved the precise positioning of parts.
