Abstract :
Based on knowledge management theory, this research formed a structure equation model about the impact of organizational learning on innovation. Then, based on institutional theory, we compared the differences of these relationships in Chinese state-owned companies and non-state-owned companies. We found that the differences are significant in companies with different ownership identities.
