Abstract :
This study examines the effects of supervisory support and family-friendly benefit on work-family conflict. The data we used were collected from many teachers in different Chinese universities. Results demonstrate that supervisory support decreases teacherspsila work-family conflict. Whatpsilas more, family-friendly benefit also has the same effect on teacherspsila work-family conflict. Finally, both supervisory support and family-friendly benefit have significant positive influence on job satisfaction. The results of this study strongly proved the hypotheses we set at the beginning of the article, which are supervisory support and family-friendly benefit are negatively related to teacherspsila work-family conflict. So we can draw a conclusion that universities in China should choose supervisory support and family-friendly benefit as methods to alleviate teacherspsila work-family conflict and enhance their job satisfaction.
