Research on the official automation system based on knowledge management

The development of E-Gov affair needs the support from all sorts of theory and practice urgently. The official information flow processing exists in different levels of governments and enterprises routine official activities broadly. So researching on that is with the great necessity. Firstly, the paper generalizes and analyzes KMpsilas contribution to official businesses. And then, analyzes the problems of official information flow processing, gives a corresponding formalization description and then designs the official information flow processing system prototype focusing on KM. Finally, the paper analyzes and illustrates the software system. The fact proves that the research work has the universal and important meanings and the system with the research achievements possesses the very strong applicability and reasonability.
