Abstract :
The paper mainly discusses the object-oriented software design for an automatic detergent blending system. The overall software design issues such as user requirements, software structure, and development environment are described first and then the main software modules are discussed in detail. By replacing the conventional dynamic link library (DLL) with virtual x device drivers (VxD), the system reliability and control efficiency of the automatic blending system are significantly improved in the plant application.
