  • Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the essential issues of factors influencing the tacit knowledge converting in technology transfer and a quantitative analysis of the factors based on a comprehensive review of recent literature. The paper is firstly to explore in depth the factors influencing tacit knowledge converting in technology from large-scale literature consult information, and then to assess the relative importance of each factor with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique which is applied to arrange factors in a hierarchic structure and evaluate only through the use of a series of pairwise judgments. From this study, future research needs to be conducted that will expand the findings generalizability. Also, additional work should develop specific implementation practices for appropriate systematical redesign. Besides, new actual implementations of this new methodology are also suggested.
