Abstract :
An approach is proposed which makes it possible to use more flexible priority disciplines (unlike traditional ones) for solving different conflicts. In particular, it accounts for time losses for auxiliary jobs, switching, etc., which take place in real systems and have as a rule a random character. Analytical formulas concerning the distribution functions of input parameters are presented which allow modeling a wide spectrum of real problems and account for the expenses of process scheduling of different operational modes, including extreme modes
