Abstract :
This paper begins with the connotation of innovation theory of cross-administrative regions, analyses the operation and development of the cross-administrative regions innovation system and the relationship between administrative regions and economic regions; and then discusses the classification and character of technology innovation mode and the key factors of technology innovation mode selection, and analyses the mode of independent innovation and imitative innovation, and its differences. Finally, based on the above theory, the paper has constructed the technology innovation mode of northeast manufacturing------an approach of enhancing strong points and avoiding weaknesses, conducting with imitative innovation, aiming at independent innovation and initiating the dynamic cooperation innovation alliance. It also need some measures to guarantee the execution after determining the development strategy of technology innovation mode in northeast manufacturing, therefore, making the contribution for enhancing of innovation ability in northeast.
