Abstract :
A sub-sampling mixer integrated into a narrow band LNA is presented. The mixer operate at RF input frequency 2.42 GHz and sampling clock of 100 MHz. 20.5 dB noise figure was obtained with 0.65 mA current consumption and -5.3 dB IIP3. A new conversion gain enhancement technique was presented and verified by simulations.
