Strategic management in transport: Essence and leadership to strategy implementation

Strategic management in transport is accompanied by dynamism and uncertainty of environment. Successful strategy implementation consists in realization of the strategic plan of the enterprise, it means mobilizing employees and manager to put formulated strategies into action. Strategic leadership includes not only skill to be the strategist, but also the politician, the businessman, the administrator and the instructor simultaneously. Management is a team process. Only in teamwork we can receive synergetic effect. Management should in proper time provide receipt of all necessary resources and first of all financial. System of compensation defines readiness and aspiration of the worker to perform the charged work qualitatively and in due time. Also the important component of process of strategy implementation is training of the personnel.
